Meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Lebanon

On September 24, in New York, Foreign Minister of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, hаd a meeting with Youssef Raggi, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants of Lebanon.

The interlocutors emphasized their strong commitment to advance bilateral cooperation between Armenia and Lebanon, in line with the traditional friendly ties between the two peoples.

Ararat Mirzoyan and Youssef Raggi exchanged views on regional developments. Minister Mirzoyan presented the details of the agreements reached on August 8, emphasizing the fundamental principles, as well as the new opportunities provided through the realization of the “Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity” (TRIPP) communication project.

During the meeting the latest developments in the Middle East were also touched upon.
